Founder and owner Jesus Cortes as been managing rentals for over 11 years. He has started as a landlord and understands the issues with bad property management. As a proud veteran, he understands the of specifics of military housing. He will bring his years of experience to provide the service you deserve.
Jesus Cortes has a business degree, bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from San Diego State and masters in Software Engineering. He has served as an HOA board President. Jesus is a member of the California Apartment Association and the San Diego Association of REALTORS®.
Responsibility
A property manager handles the daily tasks that keep your property up and running. These responsibilities can include screening tenant applications, collecting rent, catering tenant questions, and repairs and maintenance.
We deal directly with prospects and tenants, saving you time and worry over marketing your rentals, collecting rent, handling maintenance and repair issues, responding to tenant complaints, and even pursuing evictions. Plus, we brings its know-how and experience to your property, giving you the peace of mind that comes with knowing your investment is in good hands.
